The Paradox Philosophy
A seemingly absurd or self-contradictory statement or proposition that when investigated or explained may prove to be well founded or true.
Above the number on the scale, pant size, and image in the mirror, I want one thing for my clients. That is to feel joy and excitement about their life. At whatever size, whatever shape, and whatever age...that is my goal.
Creating this for ourselves is NOT EASY. One of the hardest things to do is to look yourself in the mirror at something you said you hated yesterday and to just decide that today will be different. It’s absurd, self-contradictory...a paradox. But it can be true.
We’ve been told that starving, spending hours in the gym, and neglecting family and friends are all acceptable ways to live while achieving our dream physique. My passion is showing those around me that life is meant to be lived with family and friends, while nourishing our bodies, and becoming as strong as possible. Let how you look be the proof of how you live. Let me show you how to do that.
What Should I Expect?
Above of all, you can expect me to lead by example. In my everyday life I do my very best to stay optimistic, upbeat, and energetic. I do my very best to bring that energy into every session. I enjoy being tough on my clients in a way that is both nurturing and motivating. Training is more than just a job for me. I do this becuase I truly love and enjoy seeing my clients become stronger and grow as people. That is true joy for me, and I hope it will be for you too.
