This training plan is designed for intermediate lifters who are familiar with most basic strength training movements.  Perfect for those who are looking to add a well rounded strength training workout back into their schedule.  Written for lifters looking to train 3 times per week.  Each workout takes about an hour and half to complete. This plan requires a gym membership.

  • 4 Week customized plan with progressions/updates provided after your third week of training
  • Color videos and detailed descriptions to explain exercise form
  • Ability to record your exercises to be assessed by your coach
  • Access to your customized workout plan with your own private login
