Designed for those with lower back pain and tightness, this gentle warm-up, strengthening, and stretching combination addresses the tightness and weakness in your total core. Instead of suffering through the pain each day take a proactive approach!


What You Will Receive:
  • Online training login to access your plan for 6 weeks
  • One Core Repair workout, takes about 20-30 minutes to complete
  • Email support regarding form and exercise substitution for any movements that cause pain or discomfort
