THE CHALLENGE
Kickstart to Consistency

Our 6 week Kickstart to Consistency Challenge is designed to reignite your spark for all things food and fitness.  We understand the last few years has been challenging to say the least, and we are here to support you!  In this 6 week challenge you will receive:  

-Unlimited Classes
Members will continue attending classes at normal days and times! Non-members will have access to unlimited classes.  

-Weekly Weigh-ins and coach check-ins
On the first day of the challenge, weight will be recorded for all competitors. Each following week we ask you submit your weight.  You will receive a weekly check-in email from your coach to assist you with your questions and goals during this six weeks.  

-Nutritional support and guidelines
You will receive an ebook which includes recipes for all three meals to help you will weekly meal planning.  This book includes recipes, shopping lists, quick grab guide, smoothie builder.  

-Meal planning and accountability calendar
We encourage you to do the work to set you up for long term success.  We will give you a weekly meal planning and accountability calendar to help.   

-Accountability groups
You will be placed in small groups to help keep you focused and accountable.  We encourage checking in, encouraging, sharing recipes, and being all around amazing teammates.  Building a healthy community is one of the most amazing tools you can have.  

-2 team building events
You and your accountability teams will participate in two fitness/team building events during this six weeks.    

-3 opportunities to win
Winners based on percentage of body weight lost, attendance, and one surprise chance.
