Paradox Personal Training understands that a "one size fits all" approach does not work when applied to fitness goals.  My goal is to supply customized, personalized, and enjoyable workouts to everyone I work with.  Whether you are looking for a group setting or personal support, you can expect the same individualized approach.

Group Class

Our group class offers a well rounded workout with a combination of strength and cardio conditioning.  Learn how to push yourself to new levels while focusing on form and technique.  Fast paced team building games and partner based workouts offer a community feel.

Personal Training

Sometimes all we need is more accountability and the luxury of not having to think through every workout.  Paradox Personal Training can do just that.  One on one attention is perfect for those who do not feel comfortable in a group setting and need a more in-depth introduction to health and fitness. ​

Cardio Boxing

This cardio boxing class combines basic boxing techniques and conditioning exercises for a high intensity workout.  Improve your muscle tone, speed, reaction time, memory, and stamina in this fast paced class.
